1. Commitment to Consumer Rights
ANGEV LTD is committed to fair, transparent, and ethical business practices in compliance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) and regulations issued by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).
We recognize and respect the rights of consumers to:
• Clear and truthful information
• Fair pricing and transparent charges
• Safe and lawful transactions
• Redress in the event of servicerelated disputes
2. Transparency & Disclosure
• All fees, service charges, down payment requirements, and refund conditions are clearly disclosed before any transaction is initiated.
• Buyers are informed in advance that:
o A 40% down payment is required prior to bidding or sourcing
o Down payments are non-refundable if a bid is won
o A 10% service fee applies to successful transactions
o Refunds for unsuccessful bids are subject to service charge deductions
By proceeding with any transaction, the consumer confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms.
3. Fair Pricing & No Deceptive Practices
ANGEV LTD does not engage in:
• False or misleading representations
• Hidden fees or undisclosed charges
• Deceptive marketing or unfair contract terms
All pricing, bids, and service fees are determined transparently and communicated clearly to buyers and sellers.
4. Consumer Complaints & Redress Mechanism
Consumers have the right to lodge complaints regarding:
• Service quality
• Billing or fee disputes
• Transaction outcomes
• Delays or administrative issues
Complaint Resolution Process:
1. Complaints should be submitted in writing to admin@angevltd.com
2. ANGEV LTD will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe
3. Complaints will be reviewed fairly and resolved in good faith
4. Where necessary, corrective actions will be taken in line with FCCPC standards
5. Refunds & Consumer Fairness
Refunds are processed in accordance with:
• Contractual terms agreed by the consumer
• Services already rendered
• Applicable Nigerian consumer protection laws
ANGEV LTD ensures that refunds (where applicable) are handled fairly, transparently, and without unreasonable delay, subject to deductions for legitimate service costs already incurred.
6. No Waiver of Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions:
• Excludes or limits consumer rights granted under the FCCPA
• Prevents consumers from seeking lawful redress through the FCCPC or Nigerian courts
Any provision found to be inconsistent with Nigerian consumer protection law shall be interpreted in favor of the consumer to the extent required by law.
7. Regulatory Cooperation
ANGEV LTD cooperates fully with:
• The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC)
• Other relevant Nigerian regulatory and law enforcement authorities
We maintain records and transaction documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
8. Consumer Awareness
Consumers are encouraged to:
• Review all transaction terms carefully
• Ask questions before making payments
• Retain transaction receipts and communications
• Seek independent advice where necessary
